I hope you enjoy looking at a few examples of my quilts. I really have loved making them.
I've found a way to combine two of my favorite hobbies. Machine embroidery and Quilting. I've never been someone that could sit down and acutally do quilting on a quilt so most of my quilts are tied. I've made quilts for our children since the time they were all babies. A few years ago I decided to make a quilt with all the fabric I have. I had enough fabric to make large quilts and not use the same fabric twice. I thought the plain squares looked plain so I decided to machine embroidery on the solid colored squares. I find out a few things about the person I'm making the quilt for and then put things on the quilt just for them. Here are a couple of examples of my quilts.
